Independents aren’t all in the middle

When the health care reform polls were parsed, some people learned that not all those who didn’t like it were on the right. That is, not all opposition was against it because it made changes. Some opposed it because it didn’t change things enough.

I just looked at some political party polling and realized this isn’t only true of health care.

Some of the “independents” are not “moderate” Republicans but are instead those who consider the Republican Party too liberal.

Just something to keep in mind, I think, in the upcoming battles for election.
