Before I get started, I have no intention of doing these every day for an extended period. It’s just I’ve got several and thought I’d spread out some blog posts for a change.
Today’s tip is about meeting preparations. If humanly possible, precede each meeting with a trip to the bathroom, a drink of water, and a bit of food. This will cut down on distracting internal pressure while keeping your energy going just a little bit longer.
Ideally, of course, your meetings are no longer than they must be and FAR shorter than anything that’ll need this tip.
