I thoroughly enjoyed supper tonight. A 6 ounce sirloin cooked rare, a couple of eggs over easy, and hashbrowns. I deglazed the steak pan with a tablespoon of bourbon diluted into a quarter cup of water and reduced it all by about half, then poured that over the steak and the eggs. Finished it with a bit of salt and pepper. Unsweetened iced tea for the drink, and a couple of fresh pineapple rings for dessert.
